Everything was excellent for our purposes, a wedding ceremony. Generous sized rooms with twin beds, large bathroom and the bar, felt like home. The hotel had a stunning and incredible location in a quiet, residential area.

Greatly enjoyed the double room we had with large bathroom. Everything was very good, including delicious breakfasts with free continental thrown in and bacon, as example.

Clean place with nice view of gardens and wildlife. Amazingly nice, outstandingly accommodating staff, fab location next to the pub/restaurant downstairs, train stations and northern England. Gorgeous food at the rustic restaurant.

There was a good size bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath robes. Everyone was amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating. Really enjoyed my time here.

Relaxing and clean place, extremely friendly and excellent staff with the new manager. Lovely location in residential area, close enough to a very Popular restaurant in Liverpool, and Anderton Boat lift, Hack Green Nuclear Bunker & Chester. A lot of great food at breakfast time.

My double room had an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view of gardens and wildlife was magnificent. This accommodation had a central setting on how to access the rooms when the pub was shut.

It has magnificent central location after the event. Also, it is just next door to the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, Chester and the amazing gardens and lake.

We got a room with a tub. The hotel was situated in the central location in a lovely area.

It had not firm enough beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The staff at Hartford Hall On School Lane went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. When we arrived, the room was a bit chilly, but they quickly rectified the situation and made sure we were warm and cozy. They even offered us complimentary drinks as a gesture of apology for a temporary hot water issue. We were also pleasantly surprised with a delicious dinner and a tasty breakfast the following morning. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a spacious bathroom. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as creaky floorboards and a slightly strange bathroom layout, we found the overall experience enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It was fairly clean, everyone was efficient and pleasant. We were in a peaceful and efficient location just a short walk away from Christ Church.
